Who We Are

The attorneys at Caplan Wilkinson LLP have a decade of combined experience in elder law and prior experience in litigation.

Teresa Gonzalez Wilkinson earned her J.D. at the University of Georgia School of Law. She started her legal career in Georgia in 1997 in the area of employment law and civil rights litigation. She has been a member of the California Bar since 2016.

Elizabeth Feldman Caplan obtained her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2012. Prior to law school, she was Assistant Secretary to Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Earlier in her career, she spent seven years as a litigation paralegal in Boston and Washington, D.C. 

Before co-founding Caplan Wilkinson LLP, Teresa and Liz were elder law attorneys at Senior Adults Legal Assistance, a San Jose legal aid organization.
